I recommend you apply the bar onto wet skin after a shower or a bath as it glides a lot easier. Don’t wash it off, just pat yourself dry then I like to top up with my balm afterwards applying it onto the affected areas. This is now part of my night time routine, as it allows me to sleep pain free with no nagging aches and I then get a full night’s sleep. The bar leaves a light film on your skin which acts as an estimated 20 hours of relief.

The balm you can use as much as you like when you like throughout the day providing extra relief should you need it.
