How to use
I always apply the bar onto wet skin after a shower or a bath as this enables it to glides a lot easier. Don’t wash it off, just pat yourself dry. You can then top up by applying the balm to the affected areas also. I always do the above as part of my night time routine as it allows me to sleep pain free with no nagging aches and I then get a full night’s sleep. You will notice the results the first evening you use it.
The balms can be used as much as you like, when you like by topically applying them to the affected area.
